A graduate from Northwestern University with a Masters of Arts degree in Speech & Communications, Janice Marie later joined the IBM Corp., where she was the top-producing executive and excelled beyond expectations. She developed and executed successful sales training programs with them and other national corporations. Being in high demand, Janice Marie focused her talents in providing empowerment to other professionals and became an empowerment speaker, personal advisor, and added author to her outstanding list of accomplishments. Prior to publishing, The Goodness Experience, she authored two other successful books, Athena, Leadership Skills for the New Millennium (2000) and The Gift from the Goddess (1997). Janice Marie shared her self-improvement techniques on-air and produced a Las Vegas-based radio show, The Gift of the Goddess, (KLAV-AM). She now hosts three shows a week on Blog Talk Radio an international web based radio show. She also conducts Master Mind Mentoring groups. Her personal achievement is enhanced by a successful marriage of 30 years where she raised two professional adult children from her home base of Las Vegas, NV.
